לחטיבה הביטחונית של קבוצת אימקו דרוש/ה קניין/ית רכש מיקום: נשר תיאור התפקיד:
• ניהול וליווי תהליכי הרכש בעולמות האלקטרוניקה ואלקטרו-מכניקה
• מעקב אחר הזמנות, משלוחים, תיאום לוגיסטי ועמידה ביעדי האספקה
• עבודה אינטנסיבית מול ממשקים מגוונים: לוגיסטיקה, תפ”י, הנדסה, איכות ועוד
• ניהול מו”מ מסחרי עם ספקים מקומיים ובינלאומיים בהתאם למדיניות הרכש הארגונית
• הפקת דוחות, ניתוח נתונים, הצגת סטטוסים ובקרה תקציבית דרישות התפקיד:
• ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות כקניין רכש – חובה
• השכלה אקדמאית- יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון קודם בתעשייה הביטחונית – יתרון משמעותי
• שליטה במערכות ERP – חובה (ניסיון עם Priority – יתרון)
• ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה מרובת ממשקים ותחת ריבוי משימות
• סדר וארגון, יכולת תיעדוף משימות, דייקנות ותשומת לב לפרטים
• יחסי אנוש מצוינים, תודעת שירות גבוהה, יכולת עבודה בצוות ובאופן עצמאידרישות המשרה

Key Responsibilities: * End-to-end procurement management: receiving purchase requests, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring documentation and pricing accuracy. * Ongoing work with suppliers and service providers: identifying gaps, handling supply issues, and maintaining daily, professional, and effective communication. * Coordination with internal stakeholders including warehouses, logistics, production planning, manufacturing, and other departments. * Monitoring performance metrics, delivery lead times, and supplier commitments. Job Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Buyer- mandatory. * Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple open tasks simultaneously. * High attention to detail with strong self-control and follow-up capabilities. * Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, professionalism, and strong communication abilities. * Fast learner with the ability to handle procurement across diverse categories. * Proficiency in Office applications, with emphasis on Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Priority / SAP) is an advantage. * Native-level Hebrew and good English proficiency (reading and writing)
